We’re excited to share we will be releasing the original soundtrack to the documentary film “Freedom on Fire” about Ukraine’s fight for freedom.
The soundtrack has been composed by Jasha Klebe and will be released on the 5th January 2024.
Crafted from stark footage and exclusive interviews with people displaced by the enduring conflict, the film reveals how the spirit of unity strengthens morale even amid the country’s darkest hours. The film is a companion piece to director Evgeny Afineevsky’s Oscar-nominated movie “Winter on Fire: Ukraine’s fight for freedom” and transports viewers through a war that started immediately after Maidan (Revolution of Dignity) in 2014 and continues through the 2023 Russian invasion.
Through personal stories of ordinary civilians, children, soldiers, doctors, mothers, the country’s elderly, journalists, religious leaders, and international volunteers, Freedom on Fire is a humanising diary of millions of people whose lives were turned upside down by nine years of brutal conflict. Featuring narration from Oscar-winning Dame Helen Mirren, Freedom on Fire is a saga of resilience that challenges the international community to oppose tyranny together.
