We’re delighted that both Fight The Power and Super Eagles ‘96 that we helped provide the music for have been nominated for the Grierson Awards 2023, also known as the British Documentary Awards.
Established in 1972, the Griersons are the biggest event in the UK documentary calendar. The awards recognise and celebrate documentaries from Britain and abroad that have made a significant contribution to the genre and that demonstrate quality, integrity, creativity, originality and overall excellence.
Across 16 categories, four documentaries made it to the final round. The winners will be revealed at the ceremony, hosted by Nish Kumar on 9 November at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank.
Chromium composer Thomas Farnon scored the music for Fight the Power and co-scored Super Eagles ‘96 alongside Baba Adefuye. You can read more about our work on the documentaries below.
