Le Flâneur, David Farnon’s latest single, is a jaunty little choral piece, sauntering through elements of the Baroque juxtaposed with jazz, taking the listener on a playful contrapuntal journey.
It is a playful evocation of the ‘flâneur’ who originated from the streets of 19th century Paris. He was a stroller, a casual observer of life, searching for adventure.
It was recorded, mixed and mastered at AIR Studios back in March 2019 and features the London Voices.
