ASHES OF THE DAY

Introducing “Ashes of the Day”, the upcoming single by David Farnon.

Ashes of the Day is written for Tenor, or Soprano, and Orchestra. It depicts two lovers, gazing upwards at the sky, who are in that sublime state where everything surrounding them, the sun, the stars, the sunset and the dawn with its birdsong, intensifies their inner ecstasy. Alone in the universe - together.

Ashes of the Day will be released on 9th May 2025.
